1. How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day. But it takes 2-3 business days for standard shipping to the Greater Toronto Area, and 5-7 business days for standard shipping in the rest of North America (USA & Canada). If your order is urgent, we recommend using Express shipping. 

2. How much time does it take to deliver the glasses?

We make every effort to fulfil your requests as quickly as possible. We ship orders for prescription glasses within 48 hours following receipt of payment (and receipt of your prescription, if needed). Whereas colour tinted glasses might take a little longer than this. Our logistics partner will deliver the finished goods to your door in 2-5 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping. 

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

Our standard shipping cost for throughout Canada is $11.99 and throughout the USA is CAD $20.00. We also offer free Same Day Pick-Up.

Free shipping can be availed for orders worth more than $50.00 throughout Canada & for USA orders worth more than $150 CAD. 

4. Why not free shipping on every order?

Making sure the product reaches you in the best condition means bigger boxes, more bubble wraps, and paying extra to our delivery partners - Canada Post, International Express Post, UPS, and Purolator. And trust us, it is a nominal amount to make sure the best reaches you.

5. Can I come to the store and try the product before buying it?

Our walk-in hours are same as pick-up time Monday to Friday 11:00-8:00 PM & Saturday 11:00-5:00 PM.

Also you can visit our website, order the products to match your personality and style, and choose pickup as we offer same day pick-up. 

6. How can I be sure of the durability and quality of the product?

7. Can I order power glasses based on my prescription?

Yes, you can also order custom-made power glasses through our website.


8. Do my glasses have Insurance?

Yes, but for prescription glasses only (Kindly check your policy if it covers)


9. How’ll I get my Insurance benefits?

The insurance company will cover your glasses.

We’ll give the invoice to you with HST information and you’ll have to submit it to the insurance company. They’ll pay you according to your coverage.


10. What happens if I buy glasses and they don't fit properly? 

If they are eligible, you can have them exchanged for another set. Please see our return policy for more information.


11. What happens if the lenses aren't correct?

If there has been a mistake from our end, you can get a exchange. If there has been an issue from your end (Sharing Prescription), then you’ll lose the lens cost and you’ll have to ship the product to us.

12. Can I wear face shields over my glasses?

Most of our styles can be easily worn over glasses but still depends on product to product.

13. Are the shields anti-fog? 

Our easy to wear face shields are reusable and anti-fog.

14. Can I get extra shields?

Yes, we do offer extra shields for all styles at $2.99. Bulk quantities are also available at the discounted price of $2.50.

15. I cannot see clearly through the face shield. Did you send me the right one?

Our face shields are of premium quality. Make sure you have removed the vinyl sticker for optical clarity.

We usually restock our products regularly. But if there is something you liked and is currently out of stock, please email us at

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and regular updates to the registered email address.
