1. How long does it take to ship an order?
It takes 24 hrs to confirm and ship your order.
Ready to ship: All products take 5 business days of shipping time.
Large Quantity: For large quantity time varies depending on whether the product is in stock. Large orders can take longer and time can be negotiated depending on the urgency of the product.
2. How will my order be delivered to me?
All orders are neatly packed and delivered by renowned courier services/Canada Post. If you have ordered for more than one item, they all will be wrapped together unless mentioned so.
3. What is the difference between shipping address and billing address? Where will my package be delivered?
Shipping address is where your order will be delivered. The shipping address will be mentioned during your checkout. Billing address is where your credit card bills will be sent to. We request you to keep both the addresses same.
4. What are my shipping charges?
All shipping charges, within and outside the country will be determined by the volume and the weight of the product. The charges differ for different products. Certain provinces and countries have their own duties and taxes to be paid at the time of delivery and those will have to be honoured by the customer.
5. What if I do not receive my package on time?
Allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations. Shipping time may be also impacted by weather conditions, public holidays, service provider’s delays and/or other uncontrollable factors.
